DoE's Industrial Decarbonization Roadmap only outcome is higher prices for American families

If implemented, the Department of Energy's "Industrial Decarbonization Roadmap" will perpetuate the Biden Administration's war on American industry and affordable energy. Much like they've targeted household appliances and reliable, affordable gas-powered cars, this roadmap will directly attack key components of our manufacturing and supply chain industries. To prioritize their preferred "no-carbon fuels" or wind and solar, billions of dollars in subsidies must be granted every year for unreliable energy sources that can produce only one-fifth the energy of their reliable, affordable carbon fuel counterparts.

My amendment will block all federal funds from going towards the projects in and implementation of this roadmap, ensuring that the DoE's poor policy choices don't exacerbate the strain on American family's pocketbooks.
