The Biden Admin is choosing secrecy over transparency, to the detriment of U.S. energy production

Instead of creating space for an open, inclusive, productive process to address litigation and concerns from various stakeholders, the Biden Administration and environmental activists continue to obfuscate and obstruct progress through cyclical sue and settle tactics that both perpetually block energy and development projects while effectively funding activist groups for their next round of litigation.

This not only prevents input from other stakeholders, but it threatens to cause immense harm to citizens who desperately need the benefits these projects could provide. Ironically, this tactic that has been used countless times against Wyoming's oil, gas, and coal industries is now the target of hydropower dams in the Pacific Northwest.
