The Biden Administration is prioritizing "environmental justice" over affordable energy production

Wyoming's coal communities are unable to reclaim abandoned mine land due to the Office of Surface Mining's new "environmental justice" requirements. This robs the state of potential federal funds at the same time that they delay the process of coal mine permitting, slow-rolling and stalling efforts to create new mines that produce affordable, reliable, clean energy for the nation.
