Biden's Border Crisis is Damaging Minority Communities and Destroying America's National Parks

The Biden Administration's double standards continue to surface at immense harm to Americans far and wide. Instead of acting to secure our southern border and protect our communities, they are now forcing low-income communities across the nation – and even in New York City – to host thousands of illegal immigrants on National Park Service property without consultation or recourse.

Such actions not only harm American communities, but violate the law by refusing to undergo NEPA review. Meanwhile, Wyoming and other nations are handcuffed in our ability to prevent and respond to severe forest fires by these same NEPA standards, receiving no exemption from the review process for emergencies that cost lives and destroy large expanses of property.
