Bureaucrats have co-opted Congress' duty to legislate. We must REIN in the Administrative State

June 14, 2023

For too long, unelected officials in the Administrative State have adopted regulations and guidance documents that cost our nation billions of dollars, all without Congressional input or approval. Congress is the body tasked with legislating in our nation, and it's time that we restore Congress' ability and right to perform it's constitutional duties.

The REINS Act will help right the ship by requiring Congress to approve all agency regulations with an economic impact of $100 million or more, saving taxpayers money and providing much-needed oversight of bureaucrats that continually seek to consolidate power.
