The Endangered Species Act's "Hotel California" problem

3 times now, the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem grizzly bear population was delisted from the ESA after meeting their recovery criteria. And 3 times, they have been relisted as a result of activist bureaucrats and career environmental litigators.

Grizzly bears now exceed well beyond their suitable range by thousands of miles, and the Fish & Wildlife Service have stated that their ecosystem is oversaturated with grizzlies. I will continue the fight to transition grizzly management back to Wyoming and other states, where it belongs.
