Even Biden's own administration admits that the BLM's land use rule will destroy small businesses

The BLM's proposed rule establishing conservation as a use designation for public land is a horrible proposal riddled with unintended consequences.

It poses a direct threat to the health and existence of small businesses throughout the West. States will be deprived of revenue sources vital to funding local schools, healthcare systems, and public safety programs. Wildlife will suffer and die due to the lack of water and resource development that benefit livestock and wildlife. Even Biden's own Small Business Administration has publicly called out the dangers this rule poses.

Our state lives or dies by the success of the the industries targeted by this rule; perhaps that is why the BLM refuses to hold public comment periods in Wyoming.
