Federal agencies have twisted the EAJA into a self-funding process to handcuff our natural resources

The Equal Access to Justice Act was intended to help plaintiffs recoup litigation costs from successful suits and settlements with the federal government.
While a noble concept, it has been weaponized by environmental activists to receive de facto funding from federal agencies partial to their cause, handicapping efforts to open up access to national resources and giving activists additional funds to continue their stonewalling tactics.
