Reining in the Inflated Administrative State (3/10/23)

Federal regulations and guidance documents cost our country $2.1 TRILLION dollars annually and continually chip away at our freedoms and rights. These guidance documents are pervasive, circumventing the rule-making process and avoiding oversight under the Administrative Procedures Act.

Congress must curtail the coercive nature of federal bureaucrats, and the Biden Administration has intentionally worked to hide the impact of guidance documents from the American public.
