Priorities

I defended Wyoming’s legacy industries as a constitutional, natural resources, and water attorney for over 30 years. Our state’s abundant mineral, hard rock, and energy reserves exemplify the natural gifts our great nation has been blessed with, all of which fuel the advancement and betterment of mankind. As your representative, I am leading the fight to protect Wyoming’s legacy industries from lawfare and regulatory overreach emanating from Washington, D.C.

Priorities

As your Representative, I will always advance policies that uphold the sanctity of life and strengthen the traditional American family. Since my first days in Congress, I have championed these priorities through legislation, oversight letters, amicus briefs, and direct advocacy on behalf of the values that define our beautiful state.

Priorities

I started my second term in the U.S. House of Representatives as President Trump closed the door on the Democrats’ open border policies. One of his first actions upon being sworn in to a second term was to immediately reinforce our immigration defenses. Americans, however, are still dealing with the devastating consequences of President Biden’s four-year open border policies, and it is the American truckers who are among those having suffered the most.

Priorities

I practiced as a water, natural resources and constitutional attorney for over 30 years, defending private property rights and responding to bureaucratic overreach. I have worked hard to protect the resources we have been so richly blessed with in Wyoming, both as an attorney and as your representative in Washington, D.C. I have consistently advocated for the “multiple use and sustained yield” approach to land and water management, prioritizing access, responsible development, and effective conservation.
