It’s not that hard to connect the dots, because it’s all right there. 

Democrats caterwaul and oppose the deportation of every single illegal alien—even lionizing the worst of the worst offenders during the course of it—at the exact same time they are trying to expand voting rights for non-citizens. The inescapable conclusion is simple: they want to keep all the illegal aliens inside the country, and accept more if possible, so they can eventually turn them into Democratic Party voters.

When courts issue wrongful injunctions, taxpayers are often left paying for the damage done to their own government. But Reps. Derek Schmidt, R-Kan., and Harriet Hageman, R-Wyo., are introducing a bill on Monday that aims to shift that burden from taxpayers to the plaintiffs seeking these injunctions, forcing the courts to enforce pre-existing federal law.

While we await the resurgence of the U.S. economy, I hear regularly from many across the Cowboy State expressing that they are financially strapped and in need of reprieve.

But for certain companies, there is no apparent consideration for the people of Wyoming and their strategy of further advancing the so-called “green” energy agenda continues to wreak havoc on our friends and neighbors.

The bill will provide those individuals and businesses appealing before the Department of the Interior’s Board of Land Appeals (IBLA) the opportunity to file for an expedited review so they can quickly go to court in front of a neutral arbiter.
